Raises are hard to get and so low, you work weekends and espically holidays, no extra people are hired if you need the solar day off with a curt notice they judge you if y'all cant come in for a personal reason and hold a grudge. 60 minutes is not on your side they protect the company , unorganized , practise non respond the phone . They never await into the supervisors who are horrible at management. Family preference always . they volition change your schedule quick without your consent. Ask for more than work when not willing to pay more. No run a risk to grow . Direction and HR is quick to spread rumors instead of fixing employee problems. You cant trust anyone with Personal data . Everything gets around even with the Drivers who are on the road. They dont intendance about the Drivers they have favoritism. Rumors also about a driver hooking up with direction gets abroad with many things and laughs well-nigh it in other peoples face about it. they stack up all the wrong things yous have been doing and write you up weeks or months afterwards. They requite y'all warnings when they dont similar somethinh you did out of spite . very petty. They have girls being luggage and sometimes two people on shift when they are and so busy. With enermous amounts of passengers. The tickets manager in the pm does non greet customers only when the owner is their. They put force per unit area on dispatch and all the issues to them when information technology comes to resolving stuff in other departments . They merely care about Accounting when it comes to health and employee benefits just they are also understaffed and under payed. I suggest you lot work hither in a few years when the visitor has new management and has less family in the workplace. Simply adept for temporary
